THE LOVERS & LEADERS SPACE

The Lovers & Leaders Space is located at Torstraße in Berlin´s city

centre. Yasmine Orth created her forth upcycled and sustainable

space in 2020 with its focus on mindful and healthy co-creation on a

social and business level. The handmade multifunctional Location on

101m² is up to 90% upcycled, recycled and second hand.

CONCEPT - GREEN & HEALTHY:

Torstrasse 101 is centrally located and directly on Rosenthaler Platz. The space has a large shop window front, is sunny all day and barrier-free.

The space is optimally multifunctional, usable as an empty room or modular with foldable tables, benches and chairs. In addition, the Space can be divided into two areas by a sliding glass door and curtain.

For health:

We provide you with two high-quality air purifier & humidifier from Dyson, enough ventilation options, and a water filter with energizer. The white wall paint is high quality allergy friendly paint, free of any irritants. The Space has a lot of plants.

This space is all about sustainability, upcycling and mindfulness. The atmosphere brings focus in the middle of the bustling city to shape the future with clarity and creativity.

The Space is designed to work with cycles, meaning only about 10% is purchased new and everything else is upcycled, recycled or 2nd hand. The walls in the bathroom & kitchen are painted with clay paint.
